Why precise measurement data is important
Your prescription is the basis. For individual progressive lenses, additional features of the wearing situation can be taken into account: for example, the distance between the eye and the lens, the forward tilt and curvature of the frame, as well as the position of the optical centres.
These values help to coordinate the selected lens design with your glasses. Which parameters are actually included in the calculation depends on the lens. That is why we explain the differences to you personally and clearly.
